Step 2: Insurance Verification & Financial Options
We’ll verify your insurance coverage and walk you through your benefits. If you’re uninsured or exploring private pay options, we’ll help you understand all available pathways to make treatment accessible. We have Grants available to help cover treatment costs. Our team works hard to eliminate financial barriers to treatment so our patients and their families can work solely on healing.
Step 3: Clinical Pre-Assessment
One of our team members will conduct a comprehensive pre-screening to determine the appropriate level of care—whether that’s medical detox, residential treatment, PHP, IOP, or outpatient services. We also assess for co-occurring mental health needs and trauma-related conditions.
Step 4: Plan Your Arrival
Once approved for treatment, we’ll schedule your admission and assist with logistics. Whether you’re local to Mesa, Phoenix, Scottsdale, or Surprise—or coming in from out of state—we’ll help you arrive safely and comfortably.
