CONFIDENTIAL ASSESSMENT BY PHONE
When you reach out, you’ll speak with an admissions coordinator, who will work with you to identify if our program suits your needs. That means gathering all the information we need to understand your situation and how we can help.
What to Expect When You Call
We know the decision to make this call isn’t an easy one. You can feel at ease knowing our compassionate admissions team understands what you’re going through and will make this conversation as simple and stress-free as possible.
Please know that your call is 100% confidential. Our free phone consultation will cover:
- What led you to seeking treatment
- Gathering of your personal information
- Your substance use and mental health history
- Your medical history
- Situations past or current that may affect your care
The purpose of an assessment is to determine your clinical needs. The information you provide will help us better determine the level of care you need.
Our admissions coordinator will spend as much time as you need answering your questions about our program and addressing any concerns you may have. Rest assured that if our programs don’t fit your needs, we’ll connect you with other providers & resources who can help.

VERIFY YOUR INSURANCE
During this step we will collect your insurance information and verify your benefits. We currently accept AZ Medicaid (AHCCCS)- American Indian Health Plan. We are in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield, and Tri West. We accept self-pay & tribal reimbursement. We also, work with most other commercial insurance plans (out of network).
If none of these options fit your current circumstances, please work with your admissions coordinator for other payment options. Our team works hard to eliminate financial barriers to treatment so our patients and their families can work solely on healing.
Schedule Admission Date & Coordinate Transportation to Treatment
Once all your questions are answered and you choose to move forward with treatment, it’s time to figure out when & how you will get to treatment.
Once an admissions date is set. We will either schedule an arrival time at our facility or set up transportation to get you to our facility.
It’s normal for this step to come with different emotions and fears, but we’re confident that once you begin your recovery journey with us, you’ll soon realize you’re exactly where you need – and want—to be.
