Qualifications
The candidate must possess:
- Masters degree, i.e., MA, MC, MSW, in a behavioral health field, Arizona license or eligible for Arizona license
- Licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (LAMFT), Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC), Licensed Associate Substance Abuse Counselor (LASAC), Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Independent Substance Abuse Counselor (LISAC), Licensed Independent Professional Counselor (LPC)
- Minimum of two (2) years relevant supervised clinical experience in the field of GMHSUD
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must possess a valid AZ Drivers License and have reliable transportation
- Must possess an AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Intermediate computer skills
- Excellent written communication
- Attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Flexible, organized and functions under stressful situations
Responsibilities
- Provide family, individual, and group therapy to adults with co occurring mental health and substance abuse conditions
- Conducts intakes, assessments, and reports as needed and assigned
- Completes all required clinical documentation and reports within 24 hours of the service date; updates service member documentation as appropriate to maintain an accurate Electronic Medical Record maintains record compliance in accordance with regulatory and agency expectations including (but not limited to) assessments, demographics, consents, and treatment plans
- Responds to crisis in a timely manner according to determined procedure
- Performs other duties as assigned

- less than 1 year of sobriety time if in recovery
